Meet Lisa Molitor: The Florist Behind Belli Fiori and The Flower Lab
Lisa opened Belli Fiori in 2008 with a passion for helping couples celebrate some of life's most important moments through flowers. Over the years, Belli Fiori has become known for creating luxurious, full-service floral experiences for weddings throughout the St. Louis region.
But as the wedding industry evolved, Lisa noticed something important.
Not every couple needed full-service floral design.
Many couples loved beautiful flowers but wanted a more flexible, budget-conscious option that still delivered professional quality. Some were planning smaller celebrations, while others simply preferred handling setup themselves if it meant staying within budget.
Rather than forcing couples into a one-size-fits-all experience, Lisa saw an opportunity to create something new.

The Birth of The Flower Lab
In 2020, Lisa and the Belli Fiori team launched The Flower Lab, an innovative online wedding flower company designed specifically for modern couples. Created as a digital-first alternative to traditional floral services, The Flower Lab allows couples to shop curated wedding flower collections online, select the quantities they need, and receive professionally designed flowers without the expense of full-service installation. What an awesome idea!
The concept bridges the gap between luxury floral design and real-world wedding budgets.
Instead of spending countless hours researching flowers, meeting with multiple vendors, or attempting DIY arrangements, couples can browse professionally designed collections inspired by real weddings and current trends.
