How It WorkS
Each package is designed to deliver maximum beauty without Maximum Cost.
Simple Pricing We use streamlined floral "recipes" (like your favorite cookie recipe!) and purchase our fresh, high-quality flowers in bulk. This cuts down on the cost per stem, allowing us to pass the savings directly to you.
Transparency The prices listed on our website are the prices you pay! No guesswork. The only costs added are sales tax (approx. 10%), delivery (starting at $150), and any specific flower upgrades you might request (which we assess based on current market prices).
CRAFTing your order
Collections: Each collection is shown online. You pick the arrangements you like and add them to your wishlist! Once you’ve decided on all the items you need, press submit. No payment is due at this time!
We’ve Got Mail: We get a notice that you have submitted a wishlist. We check your date. Review the wishlist details. Price out any delivery costs and if everything aligns, we will send you an email with your proposal and payment information. The email comes from info@flowerlabstl.com. If anything looks amiss, we will reach out and let you know.
Your Proposal: The proposal you received outlines the total costs for your chosen arrangements. You are always welcome to add new items as your plans evolve!
Communication & SupporT
We have a team of designers, Logistics support and sales people that are available if you have questions.
Email, Text, or Call: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The Countdown: We will reach out to you one month before your wedding date to finalize all the details, confirm your item list, and collect the remaining balance
Two Weeks Out: Our Ops girlie will reach out to coordinate your delivery or pickup.
Receiving Your Flowers
You have two easy options to get your gorgeous florals: Free Pickup or Stress-Free Delivery.
📍 Option 1: Free Studio Pickup
Location: Pick up your order directly from our studio at no charge.
Convenience: A staff member will be on-site to review the entire order with you and help you (or your designated person) safely load everything into your vehicle.
Pickup Times:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
🚚 Option 2: Delivery
If you opt for delivery, we handle the logistics! We work directly with you, your planner, or your venue coordinator to confirm a precise delivery time.
We generally recommend the delivery be scheduled about one hour before whichever event happens first:

Every arrangement will be carefully packaged for simple and safe transport. Whether you pick up or we deliver, we will always review your entire order with you (or your designated person) and provide written instructions to ensure your flowers look their absolute best throughout your wedding day!
